Meet the people behind Winslow Homes
Broker & Loan Officer
Ryan C. Winslow is the broker/owner of Winslow Homes. He has been a REALTOR® since 2009 and has sold more than 3,000 homes. He holds real estate broker licenses in Florida, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island, and an NMLS mortgage loan originator credential (NMLS ID 2426605).
Ryan grew up in Worcester County, Massachusetts, in a real estate family. His father built homes, his mother was a real estate broker, and his uncle was a mortgage lender. He served as a U.S. Air Force firefighter after 9/11, then moved to the U.S. Army as a heavy construction equipment operator, and retired from military service in 2009.
In Massachusetts, Ryan built Winslow Homes into a large brokerage. He led about 100 agents under the Winslow Homes name and more than 600 combined agents and staff at peak. He ran a major New England foreclosure and distressed-listing operation, closed luxury sales above $10 million, and won Best of Central Massachusetts many years in a row. Today he works from New Smyrna Beach, Florida, and still serves clients in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. He is also a real estate coach and a published author through Winslow Homes Publishing.
